The Dräger X-am 5000 is a small lightweight 1-5 Gas Detection Instrument, which is specially designed for the requirements for personal monitoring. It can be equipped with one catalytic Ex-sensor and three electrochemical sensors at maximum. In combination with a electrochemical double sensor a simultaneous measurement of up to 5 gases is possible. These guarantees a reliable monitoring of the ambient air to explosive gases and vapours as well as O2 and toxic gases.
