Return and Refund Policy 

At ISS we understand that from time to time you may need to return items and if you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, we're here to help.

Within 30 days, you can cancel an order for whatever reason, simply take note of your order number and contact us immediately. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing via email to workshop@isscomplete.com or to Coann Ltd (Industrial Safety Services), 189 Castleblayney Road, Keady, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland BT60 3HY.

Cancellation and return rights do not apply to custom orders that have been personalised or modified specially for you, including products that have been built to order. This includes items damaged by attempting to repair them yourself or getting someone else to do it.

 

Cancellation before dispatch

If the shipment has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order, issue a refund, and remove the order from our system.

Cancellation after dispatch

If the goods have been despatched, you then have 30 days to return goods to us at your own cost, unless they are damaged, defective, or sent to you in error.

All returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition fit for resale. If you do not return the goods or return them at our expense, we reserve the right to charge you fully for the goods or charge you a cost no greater than the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Upon Delivery:

We recommend that you inspect all goods delivered to you by us prior to accepting delivery. If you can see signs of visible damage to packaging or goods, please sign for the goods as damaged. Where this isn’t possible, sign for the goods as uninspected.

Important Information: Shipping

All shipping, handling or customs / duty charges for all returned goods belong to the customer. We would recommend that all returned items are done so using a traceable insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Should this occur, the customer will be charged the full amount for the goods.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please complete a Return Material Authorisation form  (RMA Form), after confirmation please send all returns to: Coann Ltd (Industrial Safety Services), 189 Castleblayney Road, Keady, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland BT60 3HY.

Refunds

After receiving your returned product(s), and upon inspection we will notify you of our decision to refund. Your refund will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days after credit has been processed. Please be aware that if you purchased using a method other than credit card, you may be contacted to provide bank details so we may credit your account.

Faulty, Damaged or Sent in Error Goods

If you receive goods shipped by us and you find them to be faulty, damaged, defective, or sent to you in error, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

Where the goods/materials are deemed faulty or goods that were sent in our error then we will pay for the return carriage. Otherwise, there will be a 15% handling and restocking charge.

Please submit RMA Form. providing us with as much detail as possible about the order and we will arrange a collection of the goods at no extra charge to you.  Once received and inspected we will notify you of our approval/rejection of the refund.

Warranty/Non-Warranty Repairs

You should only return equipment to ISS for repair only after agreeing this with the ISS Workshop. Please submit via RMA Form.

Return or Servicing / Calibration of Hire Equipment

Once your Hire agreement has ended or if servicing or calibration of goods is required, please arrange to return Hire equipment to ISS by contacting the ISS Workshop. Please submit via RMA Form.
