Electrochemical, infrared, and catalytic bead gas monitors are supported by XNX, which also employs conventional 4-20mA wiring and HART. Modbus, Fieldbus (pending), up to three relays, and a local Hart Adapter are available options for configuration and diagnostics utilising already-existing HART handheld devices.

With a marine-grade finish, the enclosure is offered in aluminium or stainless steel. For the most flexible installation, there are five threaded ports, which come in metric or NPT variants, and robust mounting options. With the right accessories, instrumentation based on different sensing technologies can be remotely connected to the transmitter or locally attached.
