Product Overview:
The Optima Excel Local Display (OELD) is a smart junction box for the Searchpoint Optima Plus and Searchline Excel infrared detectors for combustible hydrocarbons. The gas sensor junction box includes an LCD screen for displaying status data, a colour-coordinated indicator for instant information about detector status, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for effortless and uncomplicated maintenance. Additionally, it provides a 4-to-20 mA communications bridge between the detector and the controller. Simply pair the OELD with Honeywell's intrinsically safe, durable smartphone and then use the OELD smartphone app to interact with the gas detector from up to 10 meters away.

By pairing your smartphone with your OELD smart junction box, numerous tasks for your Searchpoint Optima Plus and Searchline Excel can be performed wirelessly. Simplify daily tasks and avoid countless trips to the control room by using the OELD mobile app. It allows you to specify the target gas, configure alarm set points, perform one-man calibrations, access event logs, perform diagnostics, check detector status and much more. In addition to that, you can use the OELD app to interact wirelessly with detectors high up or in difficult-to-reach areas by placing the OELD smart junction box in an easy-to-access location.
Clear Display:
The OELD smart junction box has clear and easy-to-read indicator lights that are visible from a distance. Green indicates normal operation, yellow indicates a fault and red indicates an alarm. The LCD screen provides real-time readings on detector status, with its clear and simple display, showcasing information on the gas being monitored, local gas data and units of measurement, making all essential information easily accessible.
