Vertex M™ with one (1) Universal Chemcassette Analyzer:
This configuration contains a Vertex M™ Base Rack (110 VAC) with one (1) universal chemcassette analyzer, the data acquisition center, redundant pumps and power supplies, touch screen keyboard, all cable management and ancillary support necessary to install up to two (2) additional Analyzers, and an accessory kit. Accessory Kit includes backup CDs of all appropriate software, electronic manual, installation drawings, auxiliary analyzer key and 50 feet (15m) of exhaust tubing.

Vertex M also accepts a mix of universal analyser modules and pyrolyzer analysers, and additionally, it monitors a wide range of gases present in semiconductor fabrication with sensitivity as low as parts per billion (ppb).
