Configuration Required -Contact ISS

The Honeywell Versatilis Experion EHM solution is an on-premises, end-to-end remote monitoring solution designed to monitor the Honeywell Versatilis Transmitter product line.

What Is It?
The Honeywell Versatilis Experion EHM solution is an on-premises, end-to-end remote monitoring solution designed to monitor the Honeywell Versatilis Transmitter product line.
The solution provides:

  • Build and maintenance of plant hierarchy (Site->Asset->Transmitter)
  • Bird’s eye view dashboard with overview of plant assets
  • Historization and alarms based on measurement
  • Easy drill down views to individual transmitter
  • ISO based asset health reports
  • Diagnostics to determine transmitter health

With additional licensed features the solution provides:

  • Advanced vibration analytics for fault verification and alerts
  • Asset health report generation

How Does It Work?
The Honeywell Versatilis Transmitters are set up through the Versatilis Connect BLE app to interface with designated LoRaWAN regional networks. This app enables precise transmitter configuration for each asset, supports downloading of data files in .csv format, and offers a real-time dashboard during operation.

The simple architecture utilises a commercial off-the-shelf LoRaWAN gateway to provide seamless data integration to an on-premises PC that operates 2 virtual machines (VMs).

The Chirpstack VM is a LoRaWAN network and application server utilised to decipher the payload data from the transmitter and send the data via MQTT to the Experion EHM VM software.  The software provides visualisation of parameter trends and alarms.

What Problem Does It Solve?
The Honeywell Versatilis Experion EHM solution enables the digital transformation of remote assets. Its comprehensive features support cost reduction, enhanced safety, improved energy efficiency, and can assist with compliance with environmental regulations.

With focus on condition-based monitoring for remote assets, such as pumps, motors, compressors, fans, blowers, and gear boxes, customers can now:

  • Digitise assets, ambient conditions, and processes
  • Automate field data collection
  • Visualize asset performance trends
  • Identify alarm conditions
  • Utilise advanced data and statistical analysis to detect equipment faults
  • Reduce unplanned downtime through predictive maintenance
