The Dräger X-am® 8000 simultaneously detects up to seven toxic or flammable gases/vapours and oxygen, operating in either pump or diffusion mode.

Equipped optionally with a high-performance pump, it supports hose lengths up to 45 meters and allows easy switching between modes via a pump adapter.

This durable device features a large colour display and charges inductively. Its advanced signalling system and assistance functions enhance process reliability. Certified for use in Ex zone 0, temperature class T4, the X-am 8000 integrates seamlessly with the Dräger X-dock automatic calibration station. It supports up to five Dräger Sensors covering seven gases, including PID, infrared, CatEx, and electrochemical types.

The device measures 179 x 77 x 42 mm, weighs approximately 495 g depending on sensors, and boasts IP68 protection.

Optional features comprise additional sensors, internal pump, inductive charging cradle, RFID transponder, and customisable calibrations.

At least one sensor must be chosen

Clearance measurement was never this easy and convenient: the Dräger X-am 8000 measures up to seven toxic as well as flammable gases, vapours and oxygen all at once, either in pump or diffusion mode. Innovative signalling design and handy assistant functions ensure complete safety throughout the process.
