These non rechargeable Lithium batteries are disposable batteries which have the benefit of having a long usage life (high charge density). This is one of the advantages of using lithium batteries for gas detection equipment. Gas detection has an extremely important part to play in industry safety and it's vital that the monitors are able to last for a long duration, or at least through a normal work shift.
It is important to follow the manufacturers recommendations when replacing batteries in order to keep the various approvals. Read your instructions carefully.
