The filters can be used as a complimentary product or used on their own through two different combinations. When combined with a gas filter and pad retainer cap they will all make up a combination filter (e.g. A2 P2). If used on their own with a pad base and a pad retainer cap then they will make up a complete particle filter. This type of filter would be used when there are no gaseous substances or vapours present.

It'simportant to note that the pad base and pad retainer cap must be purchased if creating a complete particle filter with the pads and a pad retainer cap must be purchased if creating a combination filter.
