The Dräger PARAT® 1200 is a compact mouthpiece and nose clip escape device engineered for rapid deployment in hazardous atmospheres. Fitted with a multi-gas ABEK 10 filter, it meets the stringent requirements of DIN 58647-7, the only internationally recognised standard for filtering industrial escape devices. This certification ensures reliable protection against organic vapours, inorganic gases, acid gases, and ammonia compounds, addressing the full spectrum of gaseous threats commonly encountered across industrial, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. 

Designed for emergency egress, the device guarantees a minimum of 10 minutes escape time, allowing personnel sufficient opportunity to reach safe air. The lightweight, ergonomic design facilitates quick donning without requiring training, whilst the integrated belt clip enables convenient carry on standard work belts or harnesses. The robust plastic housing protects the filter mechanism from workplace damage and environmental exposure, maintaining operational integrity until deployment. Ideal for confined space entry, chemical handling, and industrial environments where rapid escape capability is essential.
