Transparent Shipping
ISS aim to offer fast and efficient delivery of goods purchased, supported by excellent customer service and communication.
We provide all shipping at cost and work closely with all shipping providers to ensure the best price teamed with the fastest delivery.
We are happy to provide items ex-works.
Like all industries, we have been impacted by global events which have a knock-on effect on lead times as well as rising transport costs.
For the reasons outlined above, we may contact you after you have submitted your order to confirm shipping costs. You will be advised of the actual cost of shipping prior to dispatch and can cancel an order at any point prior to dispatch and subject to normal terms and conditions.

Customs
Customs are the responsibility of the receiver. We will assist when and where we can. Additional charges may apply with third part shipping documentation is required.
Low Order Value
On occasion, some orders incur a "low order value administration fee".
Shipping Restrictions
Due to territorial restrictions as a Dräger Sales Channel Partner, we cannot sell Dräger products outside of the UK and Ireland.
