The tubes come in a pack of 5 tubes and have a shelf life of 2 years.

Reaction Principle:
Aniline + furfurol ~> dianiline derivative of hydroxyglutacondialdehyde
Cross Sensitivity:
N,N-Dimethylaniline is not indicated. Ammonia concentrations up to 50 ppm do not affect the indication, higher ammonia concentrations will cause plus errors.
